More housing and business developments; mean more demand for Tiles.

Yes, investment in land and technology translates to more housing developments and more businesses opening up – all within reach of Tiles Away.

A large proportion of these new housing developments & businesses will be requiring tiles. This is great news for our Norwich & our Attleborough independent Norfolk tile shops as we supply to both trade & domestic customers.

Further proof of an expanding Norfolk can be found with the vision for more schools being in the pipeline.

As well as 4000 new homes being built, Attleborough also looks to be getting 2 new schools. Nearby villages of Hethersett & Cringleford also look to be expanding by 2500 plus houses along with two new schools.

Local schools including Little Melton will be adapted to taking on larger capacities too. The EDP reports “In Wymondham, a new primary school, estimated to cost £8m, is being designed for Silfield, while the council has noted options for growth at Wymondham High Academy and Wymondham College, including a £4.5m renovation project at the former school for which plans have been submitted.” In another report from the EDP’s Luke Powell, council bosses have been told that between 2018 and 2036, they must provide almost 43,000 new homes in Greater Norwich area.

Other areas of new housing developments include Long Stratton and Hellesdon, Scarning, Horsford, Toftwood,  Hoveton, Easton, Blofield, Trowse, Poringland. Most of our custom comes through word of mouth and recommendation.

Breaking news from the Watton & Swaffham Times is that East Harling also appears to be getting 80+ new houses. The reports of new housing just keep on coming, & Tiles Away is dealing with more & more builders & property developers as our name & reputation keeps growing.
